Tacos Pasiados means "traveling tacos" — and that name carries a story with a long road behind it.
This all started with a kid from Monterrey, Mexico, and a grandmother who never arrived empty-handed. When she came to visit, she didn't hop on a quick flight. She rode the bus all the way from Mexico, bringing flavors, recipes, and love that had traveled hundreds of miles just to reach her family.
Every visit began the same way. She'd step through the door, smile at the kids, and say:
"¿Están listos para Tacos Pasiados?"

Those tacos weren't just food. They were stories from home, shared around the table. They tasted like patience, tradition, and the kind of care you only get when someone takes the long way just to be with you.
That's what Tacos Pasiados is about.
Our food truck is our way of honoring that journey — tacos inspired by Monterrey flavors, made with respect for where they come from and excitement for where they're going next. Every taco we serve has traveled in spirit, carrying family history, culture, and a whole lot of heart.
